Korean banana milk is awesome sauce, and I decided to throw in a little cinnamon to switch things up a bit, and I’m officially a fan! 🍌🥛
It’s creamy, refreshing, and if you’re a fan of bananas, this might just be your new go-to drink! 😋
I prefer mine to be less sweet, so the 1 tsp of sugar is enough for me, but if you like your drinks sweeter, you can add another one or two (or however much you want!). Also, for the cinnamon, I actually like it a little stronger, so you might want to start with 1/4 tsp, and if you want more, up it to 1/2 tsp.
Be sure to save this one, especially with spring just around the corner! ☀️
If you’re into banana recipes beyond drinks, crispy banana tempura with ice cream is a great one to have in your back pocket.
If you’re looking for another easy homemade Asian drink, grass jelly boba milk tea is just as simple and gives you those jiggly, chewy cubes right in your glass.
