Alright Nomsters, we’re a little late to the party but better late than never, right? Dog Haus released a new creation earlier this month, and it’s a doozy. Meet the Oktoberwürst. It’s pictured right there in the middle, and it’s made with one-third pound of cajun spiced emmentaler cheese stuffed bierwurst. It’s then topped with caramelized onions, sauerkraut, mustard aioli and scallions, and served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls.
What’s in Dog Haus’ New Oktoberwürst
This droolworthy dog is only available until October 31st so run, don’t walk. They’re also donating $1 of each purchase to No Kid Hungry so that’s extra incentive…as if you needed any. They have locations all over the United States so check to see if there’s a Dog Haus near you. For my DMV-ers, there are two locations in the area: one in Gaithersburg, one in Bethesda. Go ASAP to enjoy craft dogs, delicious burgers, all sorts of loaded sides, creamy milkshakes, and more.
Popular Menu Items at Dog Haus
Other recommendations include their sooo cali dog (made with wild arugula, avo, tomato, crispy fried onions and a spicy basil aioli), their t-mex (beef chorizo & pepper jack sausage with avo, chipotle aioli, haus slaw, pickled jalapeños, and pickled peppers), and their chili cheese fries. They also have a killer happy hour so make sure to pay them a visit Monday-Friday from 3-7PM. Get $2 off draft beer, wine and haus cocktails, $1.49 tots or fries, and lots more.
For more food news, make sure you guys browse this tab. We update every Monday, Thursday and Saturday, but we’ll be posting much more than that so check back frequently. Until next time, Nomsters.
