Description
These 3-ingredient Dubai chocolate cups are a no-bake, Reese’s-style version of the viral Dubai chocolate bar, with a milk chocolate shell and a pistachio kataifi filling.
Ingredients
Scale
- 10 oz Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 5 oz pistachio cream
- 1/2 cup toasted kataifi
Equipment
- silicone cupcake liners
- mixing bowls
- baking pan
Instructions
- Mix the filling. Microwave the pistachio cream for 20 seconds to loosen, then stir in the toasted kataifi.
- Melt the chocolate. Microwave the melting wafers in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Layer the cups. Spoon chocolate into the bottom of a silicone liner, add the pistachio-kataifi mixture, then top with more chocolate to seal.
- Repeat for about 4 more cups, or until the ingredients are used up.
- Set. Place the cups on a baking pan, tap to level, and refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm. Peel away the liners and enjoy.
Notes
- Melt the chocolate in short bursts and stop as soon as it is smooth; overheating makes it seize.
- Pre-toasted kataifi keeps this a 3-ingredient recipe; toast untoasted strands in a dry pan first.
- Seal the filling fully inside the chocolate for a clean cup shape.
- Tap the pan to release air bubbles for a smooth, set top.
- Store cold to keep the shell snappy, and let cups sit a couple minutes before eating.
