Football season is back, which means my kitchen basically turns into a snack factory every weekend! 🏈 When people come over for a game, nobody wants one big fussy meal. They want a table full of stuff you can grab with one hand while yelling at the TV, and that’s exactly what game day food should be.

So I pulled together 54 of my favorite recipes for exactly that. My one rule is it has to be shareable for a crowd, easy to eat with your hands, and able to sit out on a table without falling apart. That’s why you’ll see crispy bites, dips, wings, sliders and skewers leading the way, with a big sweet section at the end. About half of it has an Asian twist, because that’s just how I cook.

Whether you call it game day food, football food, tailgate food or straight-up Super Bowl food, variety is what you’re after. Something hot, something crunchy, a dip or two, and a few sweet things to finish. Here’s everything, grouped so you can build your spread fast!

Crispy Bites, Chips and Rolls

Crispy first, because it is what vanishes fastest! These are the game day snacks you pile high on a platter, and most of them lean on the air fryer or a rice paper trick.

1. Air Fryer Katsu Spam Fries

Air Fryer Katsu Spam Fries

Spam growing up meant Spam and rice at my mom’s table, and this is the party version of that. You cut Spam into sticks, coat them in panko, and air fry until the outside is crispy and golden while the inside stays soft, salty and savory. That contrast is the whole point. They’re easy to grab with your hands, done in under 20 minutes, and they don’t need a fork.

2. Spam Chips

Spam Chips

Slice Spam as thin as you can, fry it crispy, and it turns into something between a potato chip and crispy bacon! I hit mine with garlic powder and shichimi togarashi for a little heat. Spam carries a lot of history in my family, going back to the internment camps, and it’s a common way to eat it in the Philippines too. You really can’t stop at a few.

3. Crispy Air Fryer Imitation Crab Bites

Crispy Air Fryer Imitation Crab Bites

For a snack that costs a few dollars and disappears faster than anything else out there, these are it. You wrap imitation crab in rice paper and air fry it until the shell goes blistered and cracker-crisp, while the inside stays warm and soft. A little sesame oil gives it a toasty, nutty thing going on. They’re handheld and made for dipping, so keep the sauce close!

4. Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Bites

These are the ones that get people circling the kitchen before they even hit the table. The panko breaks into crispy little shards when you bite in, then gives way to soft, just-cooked salmon, and that tangy-sweet katsu sauce ties it all together! No deep frying, just the air fryer. Last time I made a batch for a gathering, they vanished off the plate before I even sat down.

5. Crispy Rice Paper Chips with Nori

Crispy Rice Paper Chips with Nori

If you’ve ever grubbed on shrimp chips, these hit that exact spot. You layer nori between rice paper and fry it up crisp and crunchy, and the seaweed brings this salty, umami-bomb edge you just can’t get from a regular chip. Four ingredients, about ten minutes, and they’re perfect for scooping up any of the dips on this list. Way more interesting than another bowl of tortilla chips!

6. Spicy Miso Tuna on Rice Paper Chips

Spicy Miso Tuna on Rice Paper Chips

This is the fancy-looking one that takes almost no effort. You pile seasoned sushi-grade tuna onto crispy rice paper chips, and every bite has rich umami from the miso and soy, a little kick of sriracha, creamy mayo, and this herby, citrusy pop from shiso leaves. It looks like something off a restaurant appetizer menu, but you’re basically just spooning tuna onto chips. I could eat a whole plate by myself.

7. Salmon Poke Nachos on Crispy Shrimp Chips

Salmon Poke Nachos on Crispy Shrimp Chips

The first time I ordered these out, I stared at the little stack of chips, did some quick math on the bill, and realized I could build a whole platter at home for the price of one appetizer. So I did! You get the crunch of a shrimp chip, cool creamy salmon, little pops of tobiko, and a deeper heat from the spicy mayo. No cooking, 15 minutes.

8. Crispy Air Fryer Rice Paper Sausage Rolls

Crispy Air Fryer Rice Paper Sausage Rolls

Chinese sausage and melted mozzarella rolled up in rice paper, then air fried until it’s golden and CRAZY crispy! You bite through a thin, crunchy shell into a chewy interior with that sweet, glossy sausage and gooey cheese. The trick I swear by is dipping the rice paper in egg instead of soaking it in water, which is what gets that crisp. Five ingredients, fifteen minutes.

9. Baked Rice Paper Ham and Cheese Rolls

Baked Rice Paper Ham and Cheese Rolls

You get the best of both textures here. The rice paper bakes up soft and pleasantly chewy, almost like a thin crepe, while the shredded mozzarella around it crisps into lacy, golden edges. Inside it’s honey ham and melty pepper jack, so it lands savory with a little kick. Five ingredients, 15 minutes, and no frying at all. These are great made ahead and set out.

Classic Game Day Food: Dips and Melty Cheese

Dips and melty cheese next, the stuff people crowd around the second they walk in. This is the heart of any game day spread, and these are the Super Bowl snacks that keep getting picked at all afternoon.

10. Easy Jalapeño Ranch Dip

Easy Jalapeño Ranch Dip

Every good game day spread needs one anchor dip, and this is mine! It’s cool, creamy and herby with this bright, grassy heat running through it, and the trick is freezing a whole jalapeño and grating it with a zester so the spice spreads evenly instead of hitting you in one spicy bite. Ten minutes, and it goes with tater tots, fries, wings, or a pile of veggies if someone’s being good.

11. Air Fryer Fried Brie

Air Fryer Fried Brie

Cut into this and the whole wheel basically pours out like fondue! You get a crisp, deep-golden panko crust around a warm, flowing brie center, and a drizzle of honey pulls it sweet and salty at the same time. It’s the same katsu-style breading I use on spam musubi, just wrapped around cheese, and the air fryer gets it there in about 16 minutes with zero deep frying.

12. Crispy Air Fryer Hot Honey Mozzarella Sticks

Crispy Air Fryer Hot Honey Mozzarella Sticks

Mozzarella sticks are already a lock, but tossing them in hot honey is what gets me every time. The craggy panko crust stays super crispy, you get that long cheese pull, and the honey brings a sticky sweetness with a slow-building warmth right behind it. Freezing them before they hit the air fryer keeps the cheese from leaking out, so every single one comes out intact!

13. Egg Roll Mozzarella Sticks

Egg Roll Mozzarella Sticks

Here’s the mozzarella stick, Asian-style. Instead of breadcrumbs, you wrap string cheese in an ultra-thin egg roll wrapper, so the shell fries up light and crispy around a gooey, stretchy center. Plus, a little Sichuan chili crisp on top adds a savory, spicy crunch that regular mozz sticks just don’t have. Fifteen minutes and they’re gone!

14. Gooey Cheese Stuffed Mini Waffles

Gooey Cheese Stuffed Mini Waffles

These are the ones people fight over at a party. You dunk string cheese in sweet waffle batter and cook it in a mini waffle maker, so you get a crispy, golden shell wrapped around a molten cheese center. Sweet on the outside, salty and melty inside, with those lacy, caramelized cheese edges. Only four ingredients, and yeah, they go fast!

15. Cheesy Brie Mashed Potatoes

Cheesy Brie Mashed Potatoes

Not everything on the table has to be handheld, and this is the creamy, scoop-it-warm option people go for once the fried stuff is gone. It’s basically two ingredients: instant mashed potatoes (which honestly come out smoother than most from-scratch versions) with sliced brie baked on top until it’s gooey and golden. Set out a bowl with a spoon and let everyone pile it on their plate.

Wings, Sliders, Skewers and Handhelds

Time for the heartier handhelds, the game day recipes people actually plan around. Wings, sliders, skewers and tacos are the game day appetizers that actually fill people up, so nobody at your party is hungry by the third quarter.

16. Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

No game day food list is complete without wings, and I skip the deep fryer entirely. The trick is a little baking powder in the coating, which is what gives them that thin, blistered, almost-fried crunch straight out of the oven. They come out crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and because you sauce them at the very end, they hold up on a party table without going soggy.

17. King’s Hawaiian Pizza Sliders

King's Hawaiian Pizza Sliders

Think grown-up bagel bites, except a billion times better! You split a slab of King’s Hawaiian rolls, load them with pizza sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella, and brush the tops with spicy garlic butter before baking. The soft, sweet rolls against all that melty cheese pulling into long strands is what does it. It makes 12, so it’s built for a crowd, and it’s the first tray to empty every time.

18. Grilled Bulgogi Steak Skewers

Grilled Bulgogi Steak Skewers

When you want something a little heartier in the mix, these bulgogi skewers deliver! Sweet-savory soy-garlic marinated sirloin and veggies hit a hot griddle and pick up those sticky, caramelized, slightly charred edges. Plus, most of the work is the marinade, so there’s barely any prep once people show up. About 20 minutes of cooking and you’ve got the protein of the spread handled.

19. Chimichurri Shrimp Tacos

Chimichurri Shrimp Tacos

When the table is all fried and cheesy, you want one thing that tastes bright, and these are it. Seared shrimp go into corn tortillas with a raw chimichurri that’s so simple and so fresh-tasting it wakes everything up. Frozen jumbo shrimp cook in minutes, so these come together fast, and they cut through the heavier stuff on the spread without slowing anybody down.

20. Crispy Puff Pastry Tacos

Crispy Puff Pastry Tacos

I’m not really a taco guy, but this version got me! You bake puff pastry right over seasoned ground beef and cheese, so the pastry goes brittle and flaky with cheese that crisps at the edges, almost like a taco croissant. Then you pile on cool avocado and bright pico. Set out the toppings and let everyone build their own. About 30 minutes start to finish.

21. Spicy Ramen Spring Rolls

Spicy Ramen Spring Rolls

These sound way too simple to be as good as they are, and then you make them. Spicy Buldak ramen, melted mozzarella and crushed potato chips get wrapped in rice paper and pan-fried, so you get crispy rice paper, chewy noodles, gooey cheese and an unexpected crunch from the chips all at once. It’s a whole experience in every bite, and they take about 5 minutes!

Loaded Carbs and Build-Your-Own Spreads

These lean a little more substantial, real football party food that turns a table of snacks into an actual meal. It’s the loaded, build-your-own kind of game day food, so everyone makes their own plate exactly how they want it.

22. Crispy Oven-Baked Loaded Hash Browns

Crispy Oven-Baked Loaded Hash Browns

Think of these as nachos, but the base is a crispy sheet of golden hash browns instead of chips. You bake frozen hash browns until they’re crunchy, then I load them up nacho-style with warm carnitas, melty cheese, cool sour cream, bright pico and a habanero kick. Using frozen hash browns is pure lazy-genius energy, and it scales into a full build-your-own bar for a crowd.

23. Crispy Loaded Potato Waffles

Crispy Loaded Potato Waffles

Here’s a fun one. You press whole boiled baby potatoes in a waffle maker until they’re ultra crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, then load them up like a baked potato. You get gooey cheddar running all through them and whatever toppings you want on top. It’s a build-your-own situation, which is exactly what you want when a bunch of people are grazing!

24. Crispy Kimchi Fried Rice Waffles

Crispy Kimchi Fried Rice Waffles

Back when I had office days in downtown San Francisco, I ordered kimchi fried rice basically every day. This turns it into a game day snack. You press the fried rice into a waffle maker with mozzarella so it comes out crispy on the outside, soft inside, tangy and spicy and savory. You get crunch from the exterior, chew from the rice, and gooey cheese on top.

25. Cheesy Isobeyaki Potato Mochi

Cheesy Isobeyaki Potato Mochi

I straight up couldn’t stop at two of these! They’re pan-fried potato mochi patties, soft and stretchy with a crispy crust, hiding a gooey melted mozzarella center. A sweet-savory soy glaze and a nori wrap give them that salty, oceany finish. They look like little discs but they eat like the most comforting bite on the whole spread. Just make a double batch and thank me later.

26. Chili Crisp Croissant Egg Cups

Chili Crisp Croissant Egg Cups

These are individual little cups, which makes them perfect for grazing. You press croissant halves into a muffin pan with melted cheese and honey ham, crack a whole egg in each, and top with chili crisp. When you break in, the runny yolk soaks into the flaky, buttery croissant and those crunchy fried chili flakes bring a deep, savory heat. I go with a jammy yolk and Fly by Jing.

Sweet Stuff to Round Out the Table

Alright, the sweet side! 🙌 These are the Super Bowl appetizers nobody expects but everyone finishes. Savory carries game day, so think of this as the dessert corner of the table, not the whole dessert table. If you want to go all-in on sweets, I’ve got a dedicated Super Bowl desserts roundup coming for that. But these are the treats that earn a spot right next to the wings, and most are no-bake or built on a shortcut, so you can knock them out fast.

27. One-Pan Baked Rice Krispies Treats

One-Pan Baked Rice Krispies Treats

Rice Krispies treats have been a staple at my family get-togethers forever, and baking them instead of just pressing them gives you something even better! The top goes lightly crisp and golden with a subtle toasted, caramelized flavor, while the inside stays gooey and pillowy instead of dense and dry. Five ingredients, about 25 minutes, and one pan. This is the easy sweet you already know everybody loves.

28. Easy Churro Rice Krispie Treats

Easy Churro Rice Krispie Treats

All the churro flavor, none of the frying. These are cinnamon-sugar Rice Krispies treats that really do taste like the soft inside of a churro. You get that buttery, chewy marshmallow pull with the light snap of crisp rice, plus warm cinnamon over every bite. About ten minutes and one pot, which makes them probably the easiest variation on this whole list.

29. Easy Fruity Pebbles Rice Krispies Treats

Easy Fruity Pebbles Rice Krispies Treats

Take the classic treat and swap in a cup of Fruity Pebbles, and suddenly you’ve got tiny crunchy bits and a light, citrusy sweetness running through that buttery, chewy base. They come out soft, chewy and ridiculously colorful, which is exactly what pops on a dessert table. One extra cup of cereal is the only change, and it makes them look like a party!

30. Fluffernutter Air Fryer Rice Krispies Treats

Fluffernutter Air Fryer Rice Krispies Treats

This is barely a recipe and I mean that as a compliment. You take store-bought Rice Krispies Treats, toast them in the air fryer, and sandwich peanut butter and marshmallow fluff in the middle. Seven minutes and three ingredients later you’ve got a warm, gooey center, that salty-sweet peanut butter thing, and a crisp, chewy crunch on the outside. Fluffernutter, upgraded!

31. Black Sesame Rice Krispies Treats

Black Sesame Rice Krispies Treats

Black sesame turns a familiar treat into something that tastes grown-up. It’s toasty and subtly savory, with a deep, roasted, almost nutty flavor folded into the gooey, buttery base. Tucking in Japanese rice crackers adds salty, crunchy pockets, so they stay soft and rich instead of going hard and dry. About 15 minutes, no baking, and you’ll love how striking they look with that dark color.

32. Matcha Strawberry Rice Krispies Treats

Matcha Strawberry Rice Krispies Treats

Matcha and strawberry is one of my favorite combos, and it works SO well in a Rice Krispies treat! You get gooey marshmallow and earthy matcha with tangy freeze-dried strawberries scattered through, so every bite lands sweet, tart and a little earthy all at once. They come out light and chewy, and that soft green color with pink flecks makes them the prettiest thing you’ll set out.

33. Pandan Rice Krispie Treats with White Chocolate

Pandan Rice Krispie Treats with White Chocolate

Pandan is one of those flavors that’s hard to describe but easy to love, sweet and toasty with hints of vanilla, coconut and hazelnut. Folded into a crispy, chewy Rice Krispies treat and half-dipped in white chocolate, it’s a treat that reminds me of the family gatherings I grew up around. Fifteen minutes, no bake, and trust me, they’ll disappear fast at any get-together you bring them to.

34. Ube Oreo Rice Krispie Treats

Ube Oreo Rice Krispie Treats

This is the recipe that first blew up for me, 1.4 million views on a lazy day when I just started messing with pantry staples! It’s a Filipino-inspired treat with earthy ube and crushed Oreos, so it comes out sweet, crunchy and chewy with that chocolatey creaminess against the purple yam. Fifteen-minute no-bake, and it still gets me the most compliments at parties.

35. Biscoff Marshmallow Treats

Biscoff Marshmallow Treats

One day I was snacking on Lotus Biscoff cookies and figured I’d swap the Rice Krispies for crumbled Biscoff instead. Best swap I’ve made in a while! You get a chewy, crunchy, chocolate-drizzled treat with that warm brown sugar and cinnamon flavor, where the cookies soften just slightly at the edges but keep their crunch. Fifteen minutes, no baking, and it’s a real crowd-pleaser.

36. Sweet and Salty Cheez-It Marshmallow Treats

Sweet and Salty Cheez-It Marshmallow Treats

I saw these on Cheez-It’s own Instagram and figured no way, then I made them and got it immediately! You fold gooey marshmallow into crunchy Cheez-It crackers, and the buttery, cheesy crunch against the sweet marshmallow hits this sweet-and-salty sweet spot that’s hard to walk away from. Three ingredients, ten minutes, no baking. It’s the perfect last-minute thing to bring.

37. Sweet and Salty Potato Chip Marshmallow Treats

Sweet and Salty Potato Chip Marshmallow Treats

Same idea as the Cheez-It ones, but with potato chips. You swap the cereal for crushed chips, so you get salty, crunchy, gooey and sweet all at once, and a dark chocolate drizzle on top adds a bittersweet snap. It’s the kind of weird-sounding treat that quietly becomes everyone’s favorite. Four ingredients and no oven required.

38. Matcha Muddy Buddies (Puppy Chow)

Matcha Muddy Buddies (Puppy Chow)

Muddy buddies (or puppy chow, depending on where you grew up) are already the ultimate grab-a-handful snack, and the matcha version is the one I keep making! Chex get coated in matcha white chocolate and tossed in matcha powdered sugar, so the white chocolate balances that earthy, slightly bitter matcha. It’s sweet, crunchy and hard to put down, and the soft green color makes it a fun pick for a party.

39. Gooey Brookies

Gooey Brookies

You don’t have to choose between brownies and cookies. A brookie is both, a fudgy brownie base with melty chocolate chip cookie pockets baked right on top, so you get both in one thick, rich bar. Using a boxed brownie mix and store-bought cookie dough means none of the effort of making two separate doughs. They come out dense, fudgy and, as I like to say, thiccccc. Cut them into squares.

40. 3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies

3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies

Three ingredients, and these might be the fudgiest brownies I’ve ever made! Nutella, eggs and chocolate chips, that’s it. You get a shiny, crackly top over a dense, fudgy middle, with chocolate chips melting into little molten pockets. They read more like a deep, classic chocolate brownie than straight-up Nutella, and they’re rich and glossy and impossible to stop at one. I saw the hack online, tested it, and yeah, it’s legit.

41. Easy Dubai Chocolate Brownies

Easy Dubai Chocolate Brownies

I was skeptical of the whole Dubai chocolate thing until I turned it into a brownie. You layer fudgy box-mix brownies with pistachio cream and crispy kataifi, so every bite has that dense, fudgy chocolate against a crunchy, nutty layer. Prep is about five minutes since the brownie base does most of the work. It looks like a bakery showpiece and tastes like the viral bar everyone’s been chasing, but way less fussy.

42. Fudgy Mint Mochi Brownies

Fudgy Mint Mochi Brownies

Swapping sweet rice flour for regular flour gives these brownies a texture you don’t forget, dense and fudgy but with a subtle mochi chew running underneath. A cool peppermint hit keeps them from feeling heavy. It’s the easiest way into mochi baking if you’ve never tried it. Finish them with a white chocolate drizzle and crushed candy cane and they’re ready for the table.

43. Gooey Ube-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gooey Ube-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

I’ve got a serious soft spot for anything ube, and stuffing it into a cookie is peak ube! You wrap store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough around ube halaya, so you bite through a crispy, chewy cookie into a soft, jammy purple center. Ube tastes sweet and a little nutty, kind of a cross between vanilla and pistachio. Two main ingredients, under 30 minutes, and that center is unreal.

44. Air Fryer Marshmallow-Stuffed Funfetti Cookies

Air Fryer Marshmallow-Stuffed Funfetti Cookies

This started as a simple what-if. What if I tucked a whole s’more inside a funfetti cookie? You get crunchy graham, gooey marshmallow, sweet vanilla frosting and a soft birthday-cake cookie all in one bite, with a stretchy, molten center when they’re warm. Using refrigerated dough means no mixing, and you can build them ahead and air fry to order, which is clutch when people are over.

45. Cornbread Cookies with Honey Buttercream

Cornbread Cookies with Honey Buttercream

These are a little unexpected, and that’s exactly why people grab a second one to figure out what they’re tasting! Boxed cornbread mix becomes a soft, tender, almost cakey cookie with a cozy cornmeal warmth and a faint, pleasant grit, then you pipe honey buttercream on top. The boxed mix means no measuring out dry ingredients. Sweet, buttery, and different from anything else you’ll put out.

46. Easy Homemade Snickers Cups

Easy Homemade Snickers Cups

Homemade candy sounds like a project, but these Snickers cups are four ingredients and no candy thermometer. You layer milk chocolate, smooth Biscoff spread, peanuts and caramel in silicone liners, and get that sweet, salty, chocolate-caramel-peanut crunch with a satisfying snap when you bite in. Keep them frozen until people show up and set them out cold. They’ll make you look way fancier than four ingredients should.

47. Biscoff Cookie Butter Mochi

Biscoff Cookie Butter Mochi

Butter mochi is Hawaiian comfort food, and running Biscoff cookie butter through it is one of my favorite ways to make it! The base is chewy, gooey and coconut-scented, dense and a little custardy in the middle with a lightly crisp, cakey top, and the cookie butter leaves warm, spiced ribbons throughout. It feels a little fancy but takes almost no skill. Make a pan for the spread and cut it into squares.

48. Chocolate Butter Grilled Cheese

Chocolate Butter Grilled Cheese

Stay with me on this one. It’s a mini grilled cheese, but you spread the bread with a quick cocoa-sugar butter that caramelizes into a dark, toffee-colored crust. So you get buttery brioche, gooey mozzarella and this sweet-savory thing with real crunch from the caramelization. No melting chocolate, no double boiler, no tempering. Cut them small and people will try one out of pure curiosity.

49. Gooey Biscoff French Toast Bites

Gooey Biscoff French Toast Bites

These are handheld french toast bites with a molten line of Biscoff cookie butter running through the middle. Each one is crisp and buttery on the outside, soft and custard-soaked inside, rolled in cinnamon sugar, with warm brown sugar, caramel and a toasty, gingerbread-ish edge. Serve them with a little warm Biscoff for dipping. Twenty minutes, and they work for a brunchy game day too.

50. Cinnamon Sugar Fried King’s Hawaiian Rolls

Cinnamon Sugar Fried King's Hawaiian Rolls

Disney started selling these at the BoardWalk, and they live up to the hype. You fry King’s Hawaiian rolls, toss them in cinnamon sugar and drizzle vanilla icing on top, and they come out crispy outside, soft and pillowy inside, tasting JUST like fresh donuts! Ten to twenty minutes for a warm, sweet, crunchy treat nobody will believe started as dinner rolls.

51. Boston Cream King’s Hawaiian Rolls

Boston Cream King's Hawaiian Rolls

Boston cream donut energy, zero frying. You fill soft, buttery King’s Hawaiian rolls with a creamy vanilla center and top them with a firm chocolate ganache that gives a nice snap. Warm bread against cold custard is the part I love. The semi-homemade shortcut with instant pudding and Cool Whip means it comes together in about 20 minutes and tastes like a legit Boston cream donut with way less work.

52. King’s Hawaiian Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls

King's Hawaiian Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls

This is apple pie and cinnamon rolls in one pull-apart slab. You split a 12-pack of King’s Hawaiian rolls, layer in brown sugar, cinnamon and canned apple pie filling, bake and ice. The rolls stay buttery and soft while the filling turns into warm, gooey chunks of spiced apple in a glossy sauce. Canned filling means no dough and no rising, so it’s about 20 minutes of real work.

53. Easy King’s Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Buns

Easy King's Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Buns

If you want something tropical in the mix, these bring it! Warm, pillowy King’s Hawaiian rolls get stuffed with a buttery pineapple-coconut filling and topped with pineapple juice icing, so the sugar melts down into soft, fluffy bread with juicy pineapple in every bite. It’s a semi-homemade cheat code, no dough to make and nothing to proof. About 20 minutes, and it’s a 12-pack built for sharing.

54. Mango Sticky Rice Spring Rolls

Mango Sticky Rice Spring Rolls

Mango sticky rice is one of my favorite desserts, and rolling it into rice paper turns it into a handheld treat you can set right on the table. You bite through the chewy, slightly stretchy rice paper into warm coconut sticky rice and cold, juicy, perfectly ripe mango. It’s creamy and sweet, naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, and it’s a fresh, lighter way to close out a heavy spread.
