Description

These easy homemade Snickers are a copycat candy made in cupcake liners, layering milk chocolate, Biscoff, peanuts, and caramel into a frozen sweet-and-salty treat.

Instructions

  1. Soften the Biscoff. Microwave the Biscoff spread for 10 seconds and set aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate. Microwave the melting wafers in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Layer the cups. In each silicone liner, add chocolate, a dollop of Biscoff, peanuts, caramel, then a final chocolate layer. Tap to smooth.
  4. Freeze for about 1 hour with caramel syrup, or 10 to 15 minutes with melted caramel bits.
  5. Serve. Peel away the liners and enjoy while cold.

Notes

  • Melted caramel bits set up firm in the freezer; Hershey’s caramel syrup stays soft and will ooze at room temperature.
  • Melt the chocolate in short bursts so it does not seize.
  • Toast the peanuts first for an extra layer of crunch and flavor.
  • Build the layers bottom-up so the filling stays sealed inside the chocolate.
  • Keep them frozen until serving, especially the caramel-syrup version.
