Recipe: The Ramos Gin Fizz

We hope you’re excited because it’s time for another video, Nomsters.  We’re stoked for today’s post because our wonderful contributor, Chris Singlemann, is playing around with gin, and things are about to get epic up in here.

A huge thanks to Monkey 47 for sending us this lovely present. This beautiful German-distilled gin utilizes 47 different botanicals, and it has a complex yet smooth finish with a killer aroma that shines through in any and every cocktail. Watch Chris’ bomb video to see how you can make the ramos gin fizz at home.

Start with a shaker without ice.  Throw in 2 oz of gin, a .5 oz of lemon juice, and equal parts lime juice and simple syrup. You then want to add in a bit of orange flower water – readily available at liquor stores – an oz of cream or dairy of your choosing, and 1 egg white.
