The First Annual REDEYE Night Market in DC

Words can’t even begin to express how excited we are about No Kings Collective x Events DC’s REDEYE event coming up in November.  On 11/6, they’ll be shutting down 3rd-7th streets on Penn Ave for this one-night-only, family friendly open air night market celebrating East and Southeast Asian diaspora.

Their mission?  The REDEYE will serve as a home-grown stimulus package for local AAPI restaurants re-emerging after the pandemic.  There will be 40-50 vendors from ALL over the DMV area, and it’ll be an all day kind of affair.   Swing by anytime from 4PM-midnight to join in on the fun.  In addition to bomb food, there will be performers and other vendors selling goods + more.

Even though they ask you to RSVP, admission is free!  It doesn’t cost anything for vendors to be at REDEYE – in fact, No Kings and Events DC took care of all the basic infrastructure so businesses keep 100% of whatever profits they make that day.  You pay each vendor directly so make sure you come prepared to pig TF out.

We’ll be updating the aforementioned list as more vendors join so make sure you keep an eye out, and definitely make sure to help spread the word!  For more on DC food, check out this tab and stay tuned for more dope content coming your way soon.  Until next time, friends!
