There are certain foods that we look forward to each season and yellow squashes are definitely one of them! Sometimes referred to as “summer squashes,” these little yellow guys are so versatile, BUT so many people limit themselves to just casseroles. There are so many yellow squash recipes and ways to prepare them, so we decided to put together a list of our absolute favorites to hopefully give you some summer meal inspiration.
